Sales Terms & Condition

All orders are subject to acceptance in writing by Global Logica Software Technologies or a duly authorized agent of Global Logica Software Technologies. Any written acknowledgement of receipt of an order shall not, in and of itself, constitute such acceptance. Orders accepted by Global Logica Software Technologies may be cancelled by Customer upon written consent of Global Logica Software Technologies provided such order is not "NC/NR" or "Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable", "Non-Standard Products" or governed by a Purchase Agreement Letter. Non-Standard Products are defined as Products that are special orders, custom orders, orders for non-standard products, products not customarily in stock or orders for value-added products. Non-standard products are non-cancelable and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or other withdrawal of an order for any reason, and without limiting any other remedy which Global Logica Software Technologies may have as a result of such cancellation or other withdrawal, reasonable cancellation or restocking charges shall include all expenses incurred and commitments made by Global Logica Software Technologies, and shall be paid by Customer to Global Logica Software Technologies. Customer requests to reschedule are subject to acceptance by Global Logica Software Technologies in its sole discretion. Orders may not be canceled or rescheduled after the order has been submitted by Global Logica Software Technologies to the shipment carrier. Global Logica Software Technologies reserves the right to allocate sales and limit quantities of selected Products among its customers in its sole discretion. Product specifications and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

(a). Returns:
Customer must notify Global Logica Software Technologies within 30 days from date of shipment of any defective product. (See Global Logica Software Technologies's LIMITED WARRANTEE for further information.) Returns are normally accepted when completed within 30 days of the ship date. If Global Logica Software Technologies agrees to accept a return, return freight charges must be prepaid by customer. Global Logica Software Technologies will not accept COD shipments. Some products may require return directly to the manufacturer. Contact a sales representative for a Return Materials Authorization Number and addressing instructions prior to returning product. The foregoing statements concerning Returns do not apply to NON-CANCELABLE/NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS. (See the NON-CANCELABLE/NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS section in these terms.)

(b). Counterfeit Product Prevention Clause:
Only products originally shipped from Global Logica Software Technologies or from a supplier at Global Logica Software Technologies's direction (drop-ship) will be returned to Global Logica Software Technologies. All others will be promptly quarantined and disposed of or returned to the customer. By a Customer returning products to Global Logica Software Technologies, the Customer certifies that the products were purchased from Global Logica Software Technologies and there has been no substitution in whole or part of same product from another supplier, distributor or other such source of the product. The return should be in the original packaging (manufacturer or Global Logica Software Technologies), in unused condition (except defective). ESD sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions.

(c). PRICES:
Orders are billed at the prices in effect at the time of shipment. Prices will be as specified by Global Logica Software Technologies and will be applicable for the period specified in Global Logica Software Technologies's quote. If no period is specified, quoted prices will be applicable for thirty (30) days. The catalog reflects the latest pricing information available at the time of printing. Prices shown in the catalog are subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to increase in the event of an increase in Global Logica Software Technologies's costs or other circumstances beyond Global Logica Software Technologies's reasonable control. If Customer does not purchase the quantity upon which quantity prices are based, Customer will pay the non-discounted price for the quantity actually purchased and/or a cancellation or restocking fee. Prices are exclusive of taxes, impositions and other charges, including sales, use, excise, value-added and similar taxes or charges imposed by any government authority, international shipping charges, forwarding agent's and broker's fees, bank fees, consular fees, and document fees.

All payments must be made in the currency billed on the original invoice.

Credit cards accepted include major credit cards, purchase cards, and major bank debit cards including MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, Discover, and American Express. Credit Card billing information must be verified on new customers prior to shipment of order. Payment terms by Purchase Order is not accepted unless signed by Global Logica Software Technologies's acceptance letter.

Prepaid Wire Transfer/EFT/Proforma: Customers can wire the funds to our bank. After your order is placed we will e-mail a Proforma invoice which includes our bank information, the merchandise total, shipping charges and a $25 (USD) wire transfer/ EFT fee. We will reserve stock for your order for 72 hours on orders awaiting funds. Orders will be cancelled after 20 business days if funds have not been received. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes.

For All Orders:
Customer agrees to pay the entire net amount of each invoice from Global Logica Software Technologies pursuant to the terms of each such invoice, without offset or deduction. Orders are subject to credit approval by Global Logica Software Technologies, which may in its sole discretion at any time change the terms of Customer's credit, require payment in cash, bank wire transfer/EFT or by official bank check, and/or require payment of any or all amounts due or to become due for Customer's order before shipment of any or all of the Products. If Global Logica Software Technologies reasonably believes that the Customer's ability to make payments may be impaired or if Customer fails to pay any invoice when due, Global Logica Software Technologies may suspend delivery of any order or any remaining balance thereof, until such payment is made or cancel any order or any remaining balance thereof. Customer will remain liable to pay for any Products already shipped and all Non-Standard Products ordered by Customer. Customer agrees to submit such financial information as Global Logica Software Technologies may reasonably require for determination of credit terms and/or continuation of credit terms. Checks are accepted subject to collection and the date of collection will be deemed the date of payment. Any check received from Customer may be applied by Global Logica Software Technologies against any obligation owing by Customer to Global Logica Software Technologies under this or any other contract, regardless of any statement appearing on or referring to such check, without discharging Customer's liability for any additional amounts owing by Customer to Global Logica Software Technologies. The acceptance by Global Logica Software Technologies of such check will not constitute a waiver of Global Logica Software Technologies's right to pursue the collection of any remaining balance. Invoices not paid when due will bear interest to date of payment at the annual rate of eighteen (24%) percent or such lower rate as may be the maximum permitted by law. If Customer fails to make payment when due, Global Logica Software Technologies may pursue any legal or equitable remedies, in which event Global Logica Software Technologies will be entitled to reimbursement of costs for collection and reasonable attorneys' fees. There is a 1000/- (INR) service charge on all returned checks.

INDIAN Shipments:
When required by law Global Logica Software Technologies will collect Central, State and/or Local sale, use, excise, and other taxes that apply to a Customer's shipment. These taxes are in addition to the purchase price of the Products subject to an order. Customer will remit the correct tax unless customer is tax exempt and Global Logica Software Technologies has a valid signed tax exemption certificate on file.

All applicable VAT, PST, HST, and/or GST charges along with brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the Customer and due at the time of delivery.

All shipments by Global Logica Software Technologies are F.O.B. point of shipment from Global Logica Software Technologies's facility and the amount of all transportation charges will be paid to Global Logica Software Technologies by the Customer in addition to the purchase price of the Products. Subject to Global Logica Software Technologies's right of stoppage in transit, delivery of the Products to the carrier will constitute delivery to Customer and title and risk of loss will pass to Customer. Global Logica Software Technologies will make reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to Customer's requested delivery date(s). Customer acknowledges that delivery dates provided by Global Logica Software Technologies are estimates only and that Global Logica Software Technologies will not be liable for failure to deliver on such dates. Selection of the carrier and delivery route will be made by Global Logica Software Technologies unless specifically designated by Customer. Global Logica Software Technologies reserves the right to make deliveries in installments. Delay in delivery of one installment will not entitle Customer to cancel any other installment(s). Delivery of any installment of Products within thirty (30) days after the date requested will constitute a timely delivery. Delivery of a quantity that varies from the quantity specified shall not relieve Customer of the obligation to accept delivery and pay for the Products delivered.

Global Logica Software Technologies agrees to transfer to Customer whatever transferable warranties Global Logica Software Technologies receives from the manufacturer of Products sold to Customer. Global Logica Software Technologies makes no other warranty, express or implied, with respect to the Products. IN PARTICULAR, Global Logica Software Technologies MAKES NO WARRANTY RESPECTING THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS OR THEIR SUITABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE OR RESPECTING INFRINGEMENT. Global Logica Software Technologies's liability arising out of any sale of products to Customer is expressly limited to either (1) Refund of the purchase price paid by Customer for such Products (without interest), or (2) Repair and/or replacement of such Products, at Global Logica Software Technologies's election, with such remedies exclusive and in lieu of all others. Customer must notify Global Logica Software Technologies within 30 days from date of shipment of any defective product. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties, whether oral, written, expressed, implied or statutory. Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability are specifically excluded and shall not apply. Customer's obligations and Global Logica Software Technologies's remedies with respect to defective or nonconforming products, are solely and exclusively as stated herein. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Global Logica Software Technologies BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE including, but not limited to, damages resulting from loss of profit or revenue, recall costs, claims for service interruptions or failure to supply downtime, testing, installation or removal costs, costs of substitute products, property damage, personal injury, death or legal expenses. Customer's recovery from Global Logica Software Technologies for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid by Customer for the goods, irrespective of the nature of the claim, whether in warrant, contract or otherwise. CUSTOMER SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD Global Logica Software Technologies HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS BROUGHT BY ANY PARTY REGARDING PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY Global Logica Software Technologies AND INCORPORATED INTO THE CUSTOMER'S PRODUCT.

Products are intended for commercial use only. Products are traceable at the manufacturer's level only. There is no lot level traceability. Global Logica Software Technologies does not determine the specifications or conduct any performance or safety testing of any products that it sells. Specification sheets provided to Customers are produced by the manufacturer or transcribed from information provided by the manufacturer. Global Logica Software Technologies is not a Qualified Manufacturers List (QML) supplier or a supplier of Qualified Product Listing (QPL) components. Customer agrees that all purchases are for commercial or other applications that do not require QPL components. Any reference to military specifications in our catalog or on our website is for reference only and does not modify these terms and conditions. Global Logica Software Technologies does not participate in any product safety engineering, product safety review or product safety testing. Global Logica Software Technologies cannot provide any safety testing, safety evaluation or safety engineering services. Products sold by Global Logica Software Technologies are not designed, intended or authorized for use in life support, life sustaining, human implantable, nuclear facilities, flight control systems, or other applications in which the failure of such Products could result in personal injury, loss of life or catastrophic property damage. If Customer uses or sells the Products for use in any such applications: (1) Customer acknowledges that such use or sale is at Customer's sole risk; (2) Customer agrees that Global Logica Software Technologies and the manufacturer of the Products are not liable, in whole or in part, for any claim or damage arising from such use; and (3) CUSTOMER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD Global Logica Software Technologies AND THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH USE OR SALE.

If statements or advice, technical or otherwise, are offered or given to Customer, such statements or advice will be deemed to be given as an accommodation to Customer and without charge. Global Logica Software Technologies shall have no responsibility or liability for the content or use of such statements or advice. Global Logica Software Technologies Technical support is provided by email and, therefore, extremely limited in scope which prevents us from the direct participation in the design of any customer products. We do not conduct product suitability studies or engineering reviews of products that we sell, nor for the final product that a Customer produces.

From time to time, Seller will notify Buyer of a product that is "NC/NR", (Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable) upon determining that an order requires such conditions of sale. Buyer understands that "NC/NR" products are obtained by Global Logica Software Technologies from the manufacturer specifically for the buyer. Irrespective of circumstances, the buyer agrees that "NC/NR" products may not be cancelled, returned or rescheduled by the buyer without the agreement of both Global Logica Software Technologies's supplier and the written consent of Global Logica Software Technologies. All products purchased by Customers classified by Global Logica Software Technologies as an Electronic Component Distributors or Brokers shall be deemed Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable.

  • The Terms and Conditions may not be modified or cancelled without Global Logica Software Technologies's written agreement. Accordingly, goods furnished and services rendered by Global Logica Software Technologies are sold only on the terms and conditions stated herein. The sale of Products hereunder will be governed by the Terms and Conditions, notwithstanding contrary or additional terms and conditions in any order purchase order, planning schedule, acknowledgment, confirmation or any other form or document issued by either party affecting the purchase and/or sale of Products. Any conflicting statements or terms listed on the Customer purchase orders, invoices, confirmations or other Customer generated documents ("Customer Documents"), whether heretofore or hereafter submitted, are negated by submission of the Credit Application and the issuance of credit by Global Logica Software Technologies, and all different or additional terms and conditions contained in any Customer Documents are hereby objected to by Global Logica Software Technologies. Global Logica Software Technologies's performance of any contract is expressly made conditional on Customer's agreement to Global Logica Software Technologies's Terms and Conditions of Sale, unless otherwise specifically agreed upon in writing by Global Logica Software Technologies. In the absence of such agreement, commencement of performance and/or delivery shall be for Customer's convenience only and shall not be deemed or construed to be acceptance of Customer's terms and conditions or any of them. If a contract is not earlier formed by mutual agreement in writing, acceptance by Customer of any goods or services shall be deemed acceptance by Customer of the terms and conditions stated herein. No rights, duties, agreements or obligations hereunder, may be assigned or transferred by operation of law, merger or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Global Logica Software Technologies. The obligations, rights, terms and conditions hereof will be binding on the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. The waiver or breach of any term, condition or covenant hereof, or default under any provision hereof, will not be deemed to constitute a waiver of any other term, condition, or covenant contained herein, or of any subsequent breach or default of any kind or nature. Any provision hereof which is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof in that jurisdiction, or affecting the validity or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction. The Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas and the applicable laws of the India.

Refund Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at Global Logica Software Technologies. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in product warranties. Your placement of an order at Global Logica Software Technologies constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

    Return Duration:

  • If Customer don't like product and product is in good condition then Products can be returned within 10 days after purchase.
  • The item is tested for physical damage at the point of sale and the company is not liable for the physical damage of item any more. It is also the duty of the buyer to immediately check at the counter physical condition of the purchased goods. All goods are consigned at buyer’s risk and the company is not responsible for any loss, damage or pilferage in transit.
  • Our product cannot return, if High voltage pass, Physical damage, wrong circuit connection because of our all product are for R&D purpose.
  • Any products purchased from us for any special usage in abnormal environment i.e. Other than normal usage should be informed to us at the time of purchase otherwise the warranty and Return is void and null.
  • Physical damage / mishandling of products / Tampering of warranty stickers - do not cover warranty and returns.

The company sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. Global Logica Software Technologies reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if Global Logica Software Technologies suspects you are purchasing for resale.

Global Logica will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.

Global Logica offers certain products that may be custom-configured to your specifications. Please review your order carefully. Once your custom-configured item has been prepared for shipment, it may not be changed or cancelled.

Global Logica allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. You even can combine more than one payment method for a single purchase. Please read our policies carefully, especially with respect to payment methods, before you place your order.

Credit, Debit, and Check Cards:

Whether you order online or phone in your order to Global Logica, you may pay by credit, debit, or cheque. When you provide Global Logica with your card information, Global Logica will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. Global Logica will not bill your credit card or process a transaction under your debit or check card until your order ships.

Global Logica accepts, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit, debit, or check cards associated with a billing address within India.

Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order. Global Logica requires the credit, debit, or check card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Global Logica does not begin payment processing until Global Logica receives all of the information that it needs and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card, Barclaycard Financing Visa card, and lease orders.

Global Logica will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays.

Your order for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received before your local time of 5:00 p.m., pending payment processing, for there to be adequate remaining time in the day for your order to be dispatched.

Next Business Day shipping is not available on products shipped from outside India.

Global Logica endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current MM [Make My products] products, selected Sale and MM Certified Reconditioned products, and third-party products. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Global Logica reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the website at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the company.

Should Global Logica reduce its price on any shipped product within 14 calendar days[ 2 weeks ] of shipment, you may contact Global Logica Customer Service at 80-5002-4578 (GLST) to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Global Logica within 14 calendar days of the price change.

Global Logica makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by the company. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through saturday, excluding federal holidays). Lead times quoted on the checkout page are for orders that are partially shipped, meaning that items ship as soon as they are available. If you have requested a complete shipment, please add three to four additional days for transportation and order consolidation processing.

Although Global Logica makes every effort to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, Global Logica will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate. Given the popularity of some products, Global Logica may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Global Logica will post limitations on quantity on the website or will inform you of product purchase limits at the time it processes your order. Global Logica reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time.

Global Logica makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when Global Logica confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products, either at all or in the quantities ordered. These occasions can include when Global Logica learns that the products no longer are being manufactured or they otherwise become unavailable to Global Logica, when company cannot source components for the configuration you ordered, or when there was a pricing error at the Global Logica when you ordered. In those circumstances, Global Logica will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, Global Logica may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, Global Logica will cancel your order for products Global Logica cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.

All Global Logica hardware products, including clearance and refurbished products, carry limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship based on the product purchased. By purchasing at Global Logica, whether you place your order online or by telephone, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review Global Logica’s warranty terms, have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them.

Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

Products sold through the Global Logica that do not bare the company name are not serviced and is not supported with any terms and conditions packaged with the products (unless the third-party product is pre-installed in an authorized vendor to the company).

Return Policy:

Service Cancellation:

If your MM product is returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of shipment, your wireless service will be cancelled automatically and you will not be charged an early termination fee. You will be responsible for all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges, or other charges through the termination date.

Refund mode and duration:

Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.

Cancellation duration:

Customer can cancel the order within 1 hour after placing the order.

Global Logica-branded hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please call Customer Care Technical Support at (1-800-102-4578) within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Global Logica Technical Support will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options:


Global Logica at its expense, will ship another of the same product. Global Logica Technical Support will put you in touch with a Customer Service Representative who will arrange for replacement and the DOA product’s return.


You may have the product repaired. However, once you choose that option, you may not request replacement of the product.

If Technical Support determines that a returned product is not DOA, Global Logica will apply Global Logica’s standard product warranty to the product. Further, if Global Logica determines that you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition and that the product is not DOA, Global Logica may impose a handling fee.

This DOA policy applies only to Global Logica -branded hardware products currently offered at the company. As new products are offered, company reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. This DOA policy does not apply to third-party products that do not bare the company brand name. You must call the manufacturer directly with any third-party product issues.

MM Branded Products

if you discover what you believe is a product defect for any MM-branded product, please contact our Technical Support at (1-800-102-4578). If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.

Non-MM product Branded/Third-Party Products

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer of such third-party product directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty. Please note that products sold through the company Global logica do not bear the company brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with the terms and conditions packaged with the products. Global Logica Software Technologies’s Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not MM-branded, even if packaged or sold with MM products.
